When SIM Women Colorado was founded in the summer of 2014, the mission was simple; serve as a strong networking organization that was committed to women in technology and their unique needs. Founder, Jennifer Harding, had a vision that went beyond the simple mission, “I wanted to create a safe environment that would allow women the opportunity to learn and grow from their peers, an environment that was free from judgement and assumptions.” It wasn’t long before that vision began to take life. By enlisting a group of dedicated and passionate board members, SIM Women started a movement that began creating meaningful connections, developing lasting mentorships and providing transformative experiences for women in Colorado.
