I coach high potential individuals to achieve uncomfortable goals, leverage their strengths and sharpen their competitive edge. In addition to providing my clients with practices to take on between sessions, I write articles tailored to my clients' coaching requests in order to expand their perspective, learning and understanding. I've also written and delivered several programs that focus on four common coaching requests - Money, Leadership, Relationship & Communication. Company Page Objectives: 1. To provide Executives a resource for learning and understanding of how to leverage coaching to improve their performance and accelerate results; 2. To share my knowledge and experience from a "Coach Approach" with other Coaches, HR Practitioners, Recruiters, Mediators, Therapists and others involved in the process of shifting behaviour and dealing with the impact of that behaviour in organizational culture; 3. To provide a forum for questions warranting a "Coach Approach" regarding issues pertaining to "people problems" in the area of staff coaching, training and development; 4. To provide a unified place to collaborate with all practitioners working in the field of "people" in order to share best practices.
