The Innovation Law Club Africa ("ILCA") is an international community of technology law specialists. ILCA is created to engage and empower lawyers and law students on a wide spectrum of technology law matters, encourage professional collaboration and cooperation, encourage interdisciplinary and scientific research that promotes innovation law in Africa, and support the creation of innovation law as a specialized field of study in African Faculties of Law.
