The Southern Equity Collective (SEq) is a majority Black-owned, multi-racial consultancy helping companies, nonprofits, and individuals across the globe acknowledge and integrate anti-racism into their strategic operations and brands. We recognize the opportunity in institutionalizing equity and access. It is good for society, period. It is also good for business, period. SEq helps clients do the hard work of recognizing, understanding, and unlearning racist behaviors and policies. Then, we help them internalize anti-racism into every facet of their operations and narrative, both internal and external.
