We offer structured fitness classes for the general public, as well as seniors in assisted living and nursing homes, and those with physical and/or developmental disabilities. Our 6000 sq ft fitness studio, CCPlus @ The Center in Mt. Clemens, is unlike our competitors - we provide a place to workout that feels warm and welcoming.
