We are an independent insurance agency selling all lines of personal, commercial and life insurance. We operate four full-service agencies: • Warner and Company, Fargo, North Dakota • Thompson Schaefer Insurance, Grand Forks, North Dakota • Kramer Agency, Bismarck, North Dakota • Schiller Insurance, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota The agency was founded by Raymond D. Warner and Alonzo Rupert in October 1911. In 1920 Mr. Rupert sold his interest to Mr. Warner and his two brothers, who had joined the firm. In 1930 the name was changed to Warner and Company.
