Devised in January 2014 Growing Talent uniquely delivers 100% of those who complete the 12 week full time programme into work. Focusing on the holistic life skills as well as employment skills. Growing Talent is funded by a global professional services Firm and delivered by multiple business partners. After stringent selection and screening, unemployed people over the age of 18 with a hunger to work are selected by employers for their roles. The Growing Talent Associate undergoes: Orientation - week long workshops including team and personal presentations, case study analysis, problem solving, team challenges, devise a social enterprise idea all of which builds communication, networking and 'employability'. Operational placement - learn all aspects of the job you will have if you complete Growing Talent. This period gives you time to understand what the team is like, get to know the culture of the company and the onward growth potential as well as showcase your skills and future potential. Growing Talent Associates keep their benefits and have travel paid. Latimer Vibe - a residential stay at a country hotel where learning life skills including personal finance, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing etc is delivered. After exhausting training during the day, the hotel facilities are enjoyed at night including swimming pool, sauna, gym and bar.
