Promotion of Education in Pakistan (PEP) Foundation, Inc. The Promotion of Education in Pakistan (PEP) Foundation, Inc. is a public, non-profit, apolitical organization incorporated as a charitable institution in the State of New York, U.S.A. The mission of the PEP Foundation is to promote the right of all students in Pakistan to access quality higher education and to equip young people with the academic skills and social conscience needed to become active participants in the development of society. In particular, the Foundation strives to address the needs of economically disadvantaged but academically gifted students who would otherwise be denied higher education. The PEP Foundation is currently engaged in several projects: Organizes an annual National Education Forum on Higher Education Supports Student Start-Up Business Centers (SSBCs) at public sector universities in Pakistan Supports Student Advancement Fund Endowments (SAFEs) at universities in Pakistan to provide scholarships for talented but financially disadvantaged students Student Ambassador Program
