Asbury Communities, Inc.

www.asbury.org

From our founding in 1926 as a Methodist home for the aged to present day, Asbury Communities has dedicated itself to being a leader in aging services. Today, Asbury is the nation’s 16th largest not-for-profit senior living organization, as ranked by the LeadingAge Ziegler 200 (LZ 200). With eight continuing care retirement communities, home care and home health care services, pharmacy and outpatient therapy management services, as well as Asbury Foundation, and ThriveWell Tech, Asbury employs approximately 2,800 associates who proudly serve more than 4,300 older adults in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Tennessee. Even with eight senior living communities across three states, home care and pharmacy services, as well as adult day centers and HUD affordable senior housing, there’s more to Asbury than vibrant retirement living and quality long-term care services. To understand how much more, consider the words of John Wesley, founder of the Methodist Church, “Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as ever you can.” For us, doing all the good we can means exploring exciting new opportunities to help other people of all ages live their best possible lives. It means doing more good in the regions where we operate. It means pushing the boundaries of senior wellness through innovation, technology and strategic relationships. And it means fostering a nurturing, enriching environment for others to work and help those in need.
