Jersey City Rapid Maker Response Group is an all-volunteer organization that produces and donates face shields to first responders, hospital and front line workers who are facing significant PPE shortages. The group formed on April 1st in response to the COVID crisis, organizing makers with at-home 3D prints to produce face shields. We’ve since moved to mass production and have produced and donated 75,000 face shields across NJ and beyond.
