Through meaningful coursework, practical experiences and mentoring, the Center for Leadership guides students to discern their calling, develop their gifts and grow as servant leaders.: • Leadership minor: Our academic program provides an inspirational, intellectually and emotionally engaging curriculum. Courses in becoming an influential and trusted advisor, internships and mentoring support budding student leaders. All courses are highly experiential and include practitioners and community involvement. • Student Consulting program: Our motto captures the essence of what we do: Outstanding value for clients; invaluable experience for students. To accomplish this, we create interdisciplinary student teams led by an experienced practitioner coach in solving real world problems for a wide variety of clients. The experiential learning and mentoring that occurs helps students to develop their critical thinking, problem solving, and team building skills required for success.
