These 40 hectares of vines thrive in an outstanding terroir at the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire mountain. We strive to do justice to our unique environment by enhancing the diversity of the Sainte-Victoire terroir in our wines. The legacy of Château Gassier prevails thanks to Georges Gassier, the fifth generation of winemakers. He cultivates the vine parcels according to an organic approach in order to preserve the authenticity of our wines. Our DNA is deeply rooted in two complementary worlds which both form an integral part of Provence. The first is the world of gastronomy and sommellerie. The second is the Provencal lifestyle. Our wines are served in some of the world’s most iconic destinations, from Ibiza and the French Riviera to Miami and San Francisco, in prestigious establishments such as the Peninsula in Paris, the Bernardin in New York and the Majestic in Cannes.
