Dignity Restoration and Grievance Settlement Association known as Dignity India is registered under society Act.,Dignity India has been working in the field of protection of the consumer’s rights, as per the provisions contained under the Consumer Protection Act. 1986. The area of operation of Dignity India is the entire country. We are member consumer awareness group of Bureau of Indian Standards and Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and conducted many consumer awareness programs in past whereas we at Dignity India has been working independently and launched a website www.dignityindia.org which is offering consumer an avenue to file their grievance/complaints with us, which will be resolved after following with the concerned company /service provider/ manufacturers / distributors /suppliers /government department, etc. The services provided by Dignity India are free of cost to consumers. We assure the common people that their grievance will be resolved as soon as the concerned company’s responses are received and also spreading awareness in the society and working on the common consumer issues which can help and benefit consumer of our country
