Although the agents work together very closely, each agency trains on their own spe­cialty (called a “niche” in this indus­try) such as Caribbean all-inclusive resorts, cruises, Walt Dis­ney prod­ucts, and the lux­ury travel market. We are “employed” by the tour oper­a­tors, cruise lines, and resorts; so our clients will very rarely see an extra fee charged. We use the inter­net as a tool, even send­ing out links to sites that we believe would be use­ful for our clients to research the des­ti­na­tion of choice and help gen­er­ate real expectations.
