The California Council for Excellence (CCE) is a non-profit educational organization that is administered by professional staff under the leadership, guidance, and direction of its volunteer members and elected Board of Directors. CCE is the official Baldrige Performance Excellence Program State Alliance Member in California. CCE administers the California Awards for Performance Excellence (CAPE) program, which offers four levels of Baldrige-based assessments for organizations at any stage of their performance excellence journey.
