New Dawn Homes Limited is a Cheltenham based house builder founded in 2004. New Dawn Homes felt that there was a gap in the market for a company which built better quality houses, delivered a more personal customer service and focused on bespoke design of their homes to each individual location so that they could create light, space and ensure each home was unique. New Dawn specialise in small, exclusive, privately owned developments, which have their own character. The houses we build are specially designed for their location; we factor in every detail to ensure the homes are designed to fit exactly with their surroundings. New Dawn does not mass produce 'standard housetypes.' New Dawn Homes currently have developments at Evesham, Gloucester and Swindon.
