Aphropean Partners was founded in Vienna by Rita Isiba in August 2017, motivated by the lack of intercultural engagement and inadequate diversity training in the workplace that she experienced throughout her career. Partnering with teams and leaders, Rita designs programs and activities for organisations where intercultural and interdisciplinary communication and engagement are recurring themes. Rita Isiba delivers training on cultural competencies to fuel productivity, collaboration and innovation in the workplace. She provides moderation and facilitation services to target effective engagement among audiences and discussion group members. Rita Isiba inspires globally with interactive keynotes on cultural competencies/diversity, team cohesion, and Africa's affairs.
