The aim of IHMQ is to improve organisation, professional and employee performance by enhancing the health and well-being of the workforce, combining the principles of quality management, health promotion and organisational development. The IHMQ certification programme has been developed in partnership with European experts in workplace health promotion and organisational development. It has been based on up-to-date organisational research, theory and practice.
