Compiling, vetting and filtering all leads through our client's desired outcome matric with the purpose of developing a cohesive go-forward plan for long term success. Our engagement is simple.  Day One works with your team in an advisory capacity to engage interested parties related to your development projects. Our team will go and execute all activities necessary to explore the project’s feasibility, alignment, and sustainability as it relates to the desired outcome of the Client. How we get paid. We focus on the success.  We receive a success fee of 10% of total project investment including land upon successful completion of project. We receive an onboarding fee and a minimum monthly advisory fee for a designated amount of time allowing us to become part of your team evaluating all projects and future opportunities related to development in your community.
