Andre Strathmann founded Strathmann HR in 2015 as a provider for HR Management services and consultancy. He utilizes his broad experience best in agile business environments, such as quickly growing start-ups or newly established foreign affiliates in Germany. Key for Andre is to find the right balance between structure and flexibility for HR Management for each customer. Strathmann HR is based in Wilhelmsfeld / Heidelberg in the center of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region. This region extends around Mannheim, Ludwigshafen and Heidelberg, and is one of the most important business and research centers in Germany.
