LMGE – Gestão de Edifícios is an engineering company specialized in buildings’ Operation and Maintenance. LMGE provides innovative solutions in Building Auditing and Consulting services as Maintenance Management and Operation, Condition assessment , Energy and Environmental Audits and Facility Management. The company was founded in January 2005, arising from the LMSA’s maintenance management division, which already carried out this activity since 1994. Supported by a multidisciplinary team, LMGE assumes Staff continuous training as a key responsibility. LMGE works independently and equidistantly from all agents on the market, marking our intervention with strict respect for deontological codes.
