Focused on immigration and employment law, Capstone Law combines small firm service with big firm skills. Based in Birmingham, Alabama, we have about twenty-five years of combined experience working in some of the most prestigious positions in the legal community.  We serve a wide array of clients ranging from small, family-owned businesses and Fortune 500 companies to customer service representatives and general laborers.  Our attorneys have successfully prosecuted and defended high-stakes jury trials in the United States Court system and prevailed on appeal in both federal and state courts. From modest means, the founders of Capstone Law are products of the American Dream and, as such, they enjoy serving people from all walks of life.   As former judicial clerks and law professors, our attorneys stay apprised of developments in the law and successfully employ both proven and novel legal theories and strategies.
