We are the members of IATA, ICCA, ASTA, YUTA, SCB (Serbian Convention Bureau), MCB (Montenegro Convention Bureau), and LCC (Lufthansa city center network of agencies). Since 2012, we implement and constantly improve ISO 9001:2008 for quality management of high-level events, travel management services, and special events at the request of our clients. In addition to our membership in various international institutions, our dear customers, the most important thing for you to know is from the moment you hire us we are taking all your worries and responsibilities regarding your events - from venue selection and reservations through successful planning and execution of all organizational aspects for any event to the communication with your invitees, event social media management, event website management, consultancy in the creation of event scientific program, association management. With 30 full-time employees in Belgrade and Podgorica, and even more external specialists, our agency has contracts with all major suppliers in our industry worldwide. In Montenegro, we have a separate company that operates under the same rules and policies and the office in Bosnia and Hercegovina is in the pre-opening phase. Air tickets and other travel documents in our agency are booked and issued through AMADEUS and GALILEO reservation systems, which allows also hotel, rent-a-car reservations throughout the whole world, as well as the BSP for the automatic issuance of airline tickets and contracts with other leading B2B and B2C booking engines for travel services.
