Since becoming a certified B Corporation in 2015, we have worked to balance profit with purpose and to create a business with a strong environmental and social conscience. In 2021, we established the Nation Partners Giving Fund to support communities across Australia to design and lead interventions that address the injustices they face, whilst tackling climate change. Through the fund, we’re committed to directing 4% of all profits to social and environmental causes carefully selected by our team. We are constantly searching for how we can do business better; with the principles of distributed leadership, empowerment and self-management at our core and a reward system in place that transparently sees us all share in the business’ success.
