I have specialized training working young adults and adolescences with those who have depression, anxiety, perfectionism, relationship issues, codependency, substance abuse, trauma (both adult, childhood and complex) and dissociative disorders. I have worked in a variety of different places and can help you achieve your goals and get you back on your path. Through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I know I can help you find your inner balance.
