LES is a three-day seminar that offers participants methods and techniques for personal and professional leadership development. LES is open to all spouses of Active Duty, Retired, and Gold Star Service Members in the Camp Pendleton, Miramar, 29 Palms, and Yuma, Arizona areas. Our mission is to enrich our Marine Corps community by educating our spouses in roles, rights, and responsibilities of leadership.
