Support Brokerage is an independent approach which facilitates people to choose and control their own health and social care support, and design a life that makes sense for them. Imagineer is the hosting organisation for the Support Brokerage Network (SBN), which is a community of practice for Independent Support Brokers. Imagineer provides a range of training, facilitation and consultancy services in Support Brokerage, Person-Centred and Strengths-Based Approaches; & Community development.
