We are local residents who will protect and respect the culture the business owner has built. OUR CRITERIA: Longevity: We love companies who have been in existence for at least 15-20 years Ownership: We want to work with the business owner. We are local and will respect the brand you have built Size: We are passionate about people! We are seeking companies with at least 50-100 employees. Customer Structure: We prefer B2B companies but will consider B2C companies if they are legitimately looking to sell and meet all our other criteria Revenue: A minimum of $2M in 2019 earnings (Profit)
