My primary motivation is to create simple yet effective solutions to complex problems. I have found that hiring the right talents to do the job has become the solution to the majority of business problems. The idea was born back in 2016 when I needed a team, but I couldn't hire from the US since people of high caliber came at a premium. As an alternative, I started hiring data-entry talents from the Philippines. It was great, but it wasn't the best. They were great doers, but they weren't thinkers. The problem is that they weren't solving my company problems. I soon came across a professional who had the same set-up as mine and hired talents from the same country, but his whole team was high-level experts. That's when I realized a simple solution to my and many other entrepreneurs' problems. It was hiring the best people. These people are everywhere! We only need the right method to find them. We know our business. We know what we want to achieve. We don't know how to get there. We need someone who knows how to do those things. We need experts. After months and months of searching, I came across a Filipino talent who understood my vision and concept, mid-2019. I knew then I needed more people like her on my team. My company required every person to be the right one for the right seat — so I did. Today, one of my companies, Future Brands, has about 100 employees mixed with experts from the US and the Philippines. We're continually growing, and I want that for others too.
