Having worked in the legal profession for over 10 years, in a variety of different roles, it became apparent to our principal that the once well known and trusted local law firm was becoming obsolete to larger more business orientated legal practices.  Sadly, in this process was also a move away from client relationships, approachability of the profession, humanity within the law itself and the high standard the legal profession was once held too. Seeing a need within our community to re-establish and re-define “the trusted law firm” Nowland Lawyers was established.  Holding a reputation as high calibre trustworthy solicitors, we are focused on making the law accessible to all. We model ourselves to be approachable and client focused. We hold ourselves to the highest professional standard and enjoy the commendations from our colleagues and members of the bench before who we appear. We are also longstanding legal tutors & mentors for Legal Profession Admission Board & College of Law students. Our own education extends too psychology, sociology, criminology and holding honours in law. Remaining firm in our commitment to making the law accessible to all, we undertake volunteer & pro-bono work throughout greater Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter.
