West End Ministries, Inc. works in a collaborative manner with partners across the city, county, and state to develop and implement programs that provide both short-term solutions and long-term sustainability to neighbors in the West End and greater High Point community. West End Ministries is committed to working alongside residents to engender relationships that support residents in a way that helps them empower themselves to confront and overcome their barriers. We strive to make them stakeholders in the betterment of their lives. We recognize that a community flourishes when partnerships are developed to support the residents of that community to take ownership of their own betterment. For that reason, we have worked more intentionally to ensure that our programs cultivate a relationship with residents, through which they allow us to come alongside them as a resource and support system rather than as a crutch.
