The Employee Ownership Association represents the voice of employee owned organisations in the UK. Well known members include John Lewis Partnership, Arup and Mott MacDonald, as well as some very successful smaller businesses such as Make Architects and Gripple as part of our 320+ membership. Employee ownership is rapidly becoming a more mainstream business model. Evidence proves that employee owned businesses are more profitable, sustainably successful, have happier employees and customers and are more innovative and productive. The EOA leads the agenda on raising the profile of employee ownership within the business and political arenas, and is currently advising the government in how employee ownership can work in public sector organisations. Most organisations that move into employee ownership, at the point of succession planning or start up are helped by the EOA.
