Maryland City Volunteer Fire Department has the primary responsibility to provide Emergency Fire and Rescue/Medical Services to residents of Western Anne Arundel County, MD (specifically, Maryland City and Russet and outlying areas). We also respond to emergencies in adjacent areas as needed. We are a combination company, hosting both an incorporated volunteer corps along with paid personnel from Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
