Consulting company established in early '90 by a group of managers ( former partners in main consulting international firms) dedicated to financial accounting services ( in or out sourced ), financial control, financial procedures, payroll administration ( in or out sourced) and tax consulting. The new business line "Risk and Transactions", which started June 2009, is mainly dedicated to the implementation of internal control procedures and risk management ( both for legal purposes and on voluntary basis) and to assitance in potential M&A activities ( financial, tax, legal, environmental and business due diligence). A special session of the company is dedicated also to fraud detection and prevention.
