It is the licensed representative of the Kaizen Institute International Consulting Group, simultaneously, the first and only lean management consulting group locally based on the Japanese Kaizen-Lean Management methodology. Kaizen is the Japanese word which means “continuous improvement” and it was introduced to the world in 1985 by Kaizen Institute.
