As an American epidemiologist living in Latin America, I have seen how hard it is for my colleagues to publish their research in English. I created Atkinson Scientific Publishing Solutions to share my knowledge of English academic writing and the scientific publication process with Latin American universities, hospitals, and other research centers, as well as with individual medical and healthcare professionals. I deliver tailored comprehensive workshops to groups to empower their members to begin their publishing career. I additionally provide dedicated support both in-person and at a distance in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, to move individual researchers from research to English language publishing.
