DCHI is a non-profit organization dedicated to the implementation of Delaware’s State Healthcare Innovation Plan with a budget of $130 million, to be supported by contributions from stakeholders and a grant from the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation. With robust and ongoing support from across the healthcare industry, government and the business community, Delaware is uniquely positioned to lead the nation in pioneering a true public-private partnership to achieve the triple aim of improving population health, improving care, and reducing healthcare cost.
