BCCG was formed in 1999 by Billy Bostick and Bob Crawford. Our foundation is in insurance regulation. Billy worked in Texas for the Office of the Liquidator as Chief Auditor. Bob worked in Texas for the Department of Insurance as an examiner, Chief Examiner and Associate Commissioner of the Financial Program. From these beginnings, Billy and Bob went on to careers providing the services of “Big 4” accounting firms - first with KPMG and then with Ernst & Young - to insurance regulators around the country.
