Sisters Augustina and Jaime Campos have found success in the real estate industry by fos-tering a sense of family between themselves, among their team and with clients. “Family is at the core of our business, when it comes to our team, and especially when it comes to clients,” they say. “Our team is focused on building long-lasting relationships.” Augustina and Jaime co-own RE/MAX Loyalty while also leading their real estate team, The Chicago Property Sisters. Their team primarily works with first-time homebuyers and investors, focusing on all kinds of residential properties in northern Chicago and the southwest suburbs. The sisters were introduced to the real estate industry at a young age, having grown up watching — and eventually assisting — their father, Jaime Campos Sr., in his work as a broker and brokerage founder. During college, both Jai-me and Augustina realized they wanted to pursue real estate full time and took the official leap into the industry soon after. They are proud to say they still work alongside their father, growing their business to new heights. Now with more than two decades of experience between them, Augustina and Jaime work to build their team so it can better serve the community. “We work every day on becoming the best versions of ourselves because we understand our team is counting on us,” they say, emphasizing their mission to exceed expectations and focus on client goals. “We are not in it for a one-time sale.
