Coral Group Hotels & Resorts was established by Coral Travel Group (OTI Holding) in 2005. Coral Group Hotels & Resorts started its journey with OTIUM brand and with "all inclusive" concept on Mediterranean coast. In 2013, OTIUM Hotel Seven Seas and OTIUM Hotel Life and then in 2014 Xanadu Resort Belek joined Coral Group Hotels & Resorts. In 2014 Coral Group Hotels & Resorts expanded its operations to the Egypt with three properties in Sharm El Sheikh. In 2018 Coral Group Hotels & Resorts rebranded its properties under SEVEN SEAS Resorts & Hotels and OTIUM Hotels brands. In 2019 Coral Group Hotels & Resorts started its franchise operations and In 2022 Xanadu Resort Makadi Bay joined the group with management model. By the January 2023 Coral Group Hotels & Resorts runs their operations in Turkey, Egypt and Tunisia with wide range of hotel concepts.
