Community Care of Wells County is a 501(c)(3) charitable umbrella for three programs: • Connecting Center • Change Up Thrift Store • Grace & Mercy Transitional Housing • Man-Up Transitional Housing Mission: The Mission of Community Care of Wells County is to offer practical, emotional, and spiritual support to women, men, and children of Wells County who are seeking assistance with difficulties in their daily lives. Vision: We will help hurting people of Wells County by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through word and deed as we connect people with Relief, Rehabilitation, and Development, which glorifies God. Strategy: We will achieve this vision by partnering with area churches, individuals, and like-minded organizations wanting to help persons move out of crisis into a safe and stable lifestyle as we connect them with loving people, resources, housing, and God for lasting life change. We serve those who live, work, or worship in Wells County, although we refer people to other agencies, outside of the county, when needed.
