Workshift was found from an understanding that many companies do not optimize time throughout their workday lending to wasted cost, stressed or exhausted employees, and untapped potential (or enthusiasm). We have developed a curriculum for corporate offsites that pairs professional working sessions with periods of intentional relaxation and activities designed to rejuvenate. Drawing from experiences in wilderness survival, nature connection, and leadership training, the Workshift model has proven successful in its unique adaptation to the small and midsize businesses.
