Phi Beta Lambda-FBLA is where individuals come to discover their own style of professionalism. This is done through practicing creativity, challenging limits, and personal and professional development. This organization caters to all majors and professionals, from beginners to experts, and anyone in between. Here, members are exposed to a welcoming environment that encourages them to find their passions and interests. In addition, PBL-FBLA helps members reach their goals by helping them find the leaders within themselves and motivating them to reach their full potential. FBLA achieves this by offering unique programs throughout the year to develop the members’ abilities. The Committee Program offers our members opportunities within event planning, marketing, and outreach. The Mentor Mentee Program offers our members with a mentor or mentee to develop their teaching styles and discover their own strengths and weaknesses. In addition, FBLA hosts weekly workshops to further develop the members in different settings and perspectives. PBL-FBLA cultivates an environment where members are challenged while expanding beyond “traditional” business rationale by showcasing different aspects in modern business practices and developing the skills to excel. PBL-FBLA exists to help members strengthen their hard and soft skills in order to promote personal and professional growth and foster a community of like-minded individuals.
