Ray Peterson started the office in 1989 known as Realty World- Peterson & Associates Realtors in Nampa. He took a vacant lot & built a 1 story building for the office. Later, he expanded upward to make our existing 2 story building. He started out specializing in farms & ranches and has since branched out to residential & commercial real estate. His daughter, Julie Geller got her license in 1999. She went on to get her Broker's license in 2001 and then bought the company from him in 2007. We have 10 well experienced agents who have lived and worked in the community most of their lives. We specialize in existing residential, new home construction, farm and ranch, vacant land and commerical real estate. Our office is a great team of agents that work well together and help each other out when needed. The company motto is "The Right Agent Makes All the Difference".
