Malucu Marruma is a mixed-used project located in the village of Murrebue near Pemba, Mozambique, under development by Malucu Marruma Limitted. The development consists of 46 one and two-bedroom executive villas plus 36 cabins with shared living spaces. Each executive villa is fully equipped with one or two bedrooms, WIR, en-suite bathrooms opening onto private outdoor gardens, kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace; all executive villas will be constructed with absolute sea views and all executive bedrooms open directly onto the sea. Each cabin comes with a bedroom and en-suite bathroom opening onto a private outdoor garden; and a shared living, kitchen and dining space is provided for each cluster of four cabins. The site is located in the village of Murrebue, 20km from the center of Pemba and 16km from the international airport. The 16ha site has close to 1km of beachfront, which as well as supporting activities such as diving, fishing, horse riding and yoga, will be used for the vegetable garden, orchard, berry patch and herb garden, all grown using organic principles and permaculture to serve fresh produce through the agrarian kitchen.
