We Are One Project is to take foster youth who are aging out, and show them the bright side to life. How do we do this? We don’t believe in fixing one problem, but as many as possible. Our 6 step program includes: Assigning a Mentor in desired field. Therapy sessions twice weekly. Weekly classes based on life skills. Job placement in desired field. Help through College. Stable Housing.
