Youth With A Mission (YWAM) itself is an international, inter-denominational Christian missionary organisation started in 1960 by Loren Cunningham. As a mission we have two main focuses to 'Know God' and 'Make Him Known'. This is accomplished through three main streams - Evangelism, Training and Mercy Ministries. Here at YWAM Southlands Melbourne this vision comes to life through a passionate, vibrant community of families, singles and young people who are dedicated to seeing revival take place in Melbourne and in the nations.
