Ankara Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metals Exporters Association was established in 1993 and has more than 1,100 members. Being the biggest supplier of steel products to the Middle Eastern and Gulf countries and a net exporter of long products, Turkish steel sector aims to become a net exporter of flat products as well in a couple of years.
