Faces of Industrial Research is a one day symposium connecting scientists from academia and industry. This symposium will take place on 20th of March 2023. Scientists and postdocs currently employed by Nestlé, Novartis, Roche, and Lonza, as well as local start-ups and universities, will showcase their scientific projects by giving short talks. Moreover, senior scientists will present their career paths, emphasising how they transitioned from academia to industry, before sharing more insights on their research topics. The symposium will also include networking opportunities with current PhD students and postdocs who share direct insights on research in industry.
