IDAD – The Institute of Environment and Development is a scientific and technical, non-profit association, acting at an integrated support level to meet the ENVIRONMENTAL needs of the BUSINESS world, driven by our MISSION and our VISION. - Mission: provide expertise to companies and public administration to follow the best environmental solutions in the transition towards sustainability. - Vision: act as a center of excellence in the application of knowledge in the areas of environment and sustainable development. Our areas of activity include: - Air Pollution - Impact Assessment - Sustainability Along with the consulting area, an accredited laboratory is available for the development of analysis in several environmental matrices. The Institute works since its foundation in close cooperation with the University of Aveiro and with the Centre of Environmental and Marine Studies in Portugal.
